The Process
Remodeling without the fear
The two fears we hear most are disruption and cost overruns. Here is the process that removes both — start to finish.
- 01
Design Consultation
Week 0 · Free- In-home or video, about 60 minutes
- We measure and photograph the space
- You tell us how you live — storage, cooking, hosting
- We leave you with a clear sense of what’s possible and roughly what it costs
- 02
3D Rendering & Selection
Week 1–2- A walkable 3D rendering of your new room
- Cabinetry, counter, tile and hardware selections
- Every allowance chosen and priced line-by-line
- A fixed, written contract you approve before any work
- 03
Permit & Demo
Week 2–3- We pull permits and schedule inspections
- Floors, doorways and furniture protected
- Dust barriers that actually contain dust
- Full gut in days, not weeks
- 04
Build
Weeks 3–6- One project manager, one daily schedule
- Rough-in, framing, cabinets, counters, tile, paint
- Daily cleanup — you keep living in your house
- Weekly check-ins with photos and progress notes
- 05
Final Walkthrough
Week 6- We walk every inch together
- Punch-list items fixed on the spot
- Keys, warranty, and care instructions
- A finished room you already know how to use
Timeline promise
4–6 weeks
is our average for a kitchen remodel. It's in the contract — and it's a number we hit, not hope for.
Cost-overrun policy
How we keep price surprises at zero
Fixed-price contract
The price you approve after design is locked. It does not move unless you change the scope.
Written change orders only
If you add or change something mid-build, it is priced and approved in writing before we do it.
Allowances chosen line-by-line
Tile, fixtures, hardware — you pick each from priced options, so “allowance” never hides a surprise.
One point of contact
A single project manager owns cost and schedule, so nothing falls between trades and shows up later on a bill.
